Q. Can I be confident that it’s safe to provide my personal information when making reservations through your Web site?

A.  Yes, all information you provide to Resort Holiday Weeks is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is an industry standard coding system that allows your browser to scramble data before you send it to us.

Q. Are there any tips that will help make my holiday search more successful?

A. Yes.  If you choose to travel to highly demanded areas during popular dates (i.e. beach areas for summer; holiday weeks), plan your holiday as far in advance as possible.  If your travel dates are limited or you are traveling at the last minute, be flexible with your choice of area.  If your desired travel area is limited, be as flexible as possible with your dates.

New vacation opportunities will become available frequently, so the more often you search, the more likely it is that you will find the perfect holiday.  You may also submit a special request by following the prompts at the end of your search.

Q. How can I be sure that the holiday I reserve with Resort Holiday Weeks will be available when I arrive? 

A.  Upon completion of the reservation process, we forward your name to the resort where you will holiday and send you written confirmation of your reservation.  We re-verify your reservation again the week before you travel and suggest you contact the resort directly if you have questions about check-in procedures or late arrivals.   We also provide an emergency number in the unlikely event you need our assistance while traveling.

At Resort Holiday Weeks, we realize that many families have limited opportunities to vacation each year and this is an important time for you. Our goal is to make your holiday as enjoyable and trouble free as possible.

Q.  Can I choose my check-in day?

A. Although we do offer some specials that will allow you to customize your holiday, many resorts have fixed check-in days of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and that day will vary depending on availability at each resort.  Dates stated at the completion of your holiday search usually cannot be changed.  However, it has been our experience that different check-in dates offer unique advantages.  For example, reservations with Friday start dates offer the opportunity to travel when there’s less traffic and allow a few days at the end of your holiday to “catch up” on home duties before returning to work.

Q. Are there penalties for checking in late or checking out early?

A. No.  We do advise that you contact the resort directly if you will be arriving at a time or date than the time and date indicated on your confirmation.  When leaving your resort, just follow the check out procedures provided by the resort.

Q. Is it really necessary to purchase travel insurance?

A.  Although you probably don’t want to think about it, you’d be surprised by some of the things that could happen on your holiday.  CSA Guest Cancellation Insurance protects you from a wide array of unexpected events, such as unpredictable weather, and medical and family emergencies.  These unfortunate events can force you to cancel or interrupt your holiday stay, causing you to forfeit any non-refundable reservation fees made for your trip.

Q. Must I attend a presentation or take a timeshare tour?

A. No. The resort you may visit may have inventory available for purchase and incentives may be offered should you choose to attend such a presentation. However, attendance is not mandatory.

Q. What if I need assistance or have questions?  Will it ever be possible to speak directly with someone that can help me?

A. Of course. Although our state of the art system allows for reservations to be made without personal assistance, we realize that customer service can be an important factor in making your experience with Resort Holiday Weeks a pleasurable one.
